The program provides a balance of advanced theoretical knowledge and associated project work.
As well as core topics in electrical and electronic engineering students choose one of three areas of further specialisation:
- Advanced electrical engineering,
- Advanced electronic engineering, or
- Robotics and computer vision.
Study areas include areas such as systems engineering, engineering management, control systems, electrical and electronic circuits and machines, sensors and actuators, signal processing, engineering management and innovation, and a research project undertaken as part of an active research team.
Students also spend time in industry practising what they have learnt.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants must normally hold a Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Engineering Science or equivalent overseas qualification in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) or a closely related discipline.

Indian Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
