- This one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program is geared towards Ontario graduates of culinary management or hospitality management (hotel and restaurant) programs.
- Students are provided the academic training required to work in the growing healthcare food services sector including long-term care facilities, retirement homes and hospitals.
- The Food and Nutrition Management program is accredited by the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (CSNM). Graduates are eligible for CSNM membership which is an employment requirement for nutrition managers in many healthcare sectors, including long-term care facilities in Ontario.This program has a September intake.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- An Ontario College Diploma or Ontario College Advanced Diploma in Culinary Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field OR
- An undergraduate degree in Food and Nutrition Science or a related field; students may be required to complete up to two additional courses in culinary and food management. OR
- A one-year Ontario College Certificate or College Certificate in Culinary or Hospitality, if a minimum of 600 hours of hospitality-related theory courses has been successfully completed.
