- Students must have to complete a 3 or 4-year degree from an accredited university or college in Human Services, Social Sciences, and Health Care (2nd class).
- Students also contain an original transcript as well as a notarized and translated copy.
- Students with no more than six backlogs/failures can apply for this program.
