- This program shares the first four semesters with the Construction Engineering Technician program.
- Semesters 5 and 6 prepare students for a wider range of career options in the construction sector.
- The management and technical courses offered in this three-year program will equip students for positions with higher levels of responsibility and accountability in such areas as construction planning, project management, estimating, budget and bid preparation, sustainable building science and engineering studies.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students have completed an Ontario Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree.
- Students must complete Grade 12 English (C or U) with 60% or higher.
- Students also have to complete a Grade 11 Math (M or U) or Grade 12 (C or U) with 60% or higher.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria
- Students must be graduated from senior secondary school.
- Students have a minimum overall of 60% in 10th and 12th Grade for all streams.

Students also have a minimum overall of 50% in English and Maths in 10th and 12th Grade.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

- Academic Documents: Students have to submit marks sheets and certificates of secondary (10) and senior secondary school (+2).
- Students who have only completed year 10: Students have to submit marks sheet and certificate of secondary (10) plus mark sheets and a diploma from vocational training may qualify students for admission to UG programs.
- Transcript: Students must submit the official marks statements or transcripts that are provided by the college.
- Certificates: Certificates like High School or University/College Certificates are to be submitted of education qualification.
- ELP Scores: Students have to submit their English language proficiency scores like IELTS, TOEFL, or other test scores.
- Students who are under 18 must also submit custodianship documents.
- NOTE:University do not accept study gaps of more than 5 years.
