Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete a 3-year College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Architecture from a recognized university.
- Students with international transcripts who do not provide English proficiency test results must test at the College level in the George Brown College English assessment to be considered for admission.
- Qualified students must have to complete an interview (an online, video interview).
Work Experience:
Students must demonstrate relevant work experience, a resume and an employer's reference to get admission in this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria
- Students must have graduated from a recognized university or college.
- The graduate 1st or 2nd class degree results are required.
- The second class degree result must have a minimum overall average of 55% for Business programs and 60% for all other streams.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

- Note 1: University accepts no more than 6 backlogs in a 3-year degree and 8 backlogs in a 4-year degree.
- Note 2: University does not accept study gaps of more than 5 years.
