- CAD/CAM technicians decide how a product is to be manufactured, what types of machines are to be used, and the machining sequence required to manufacture components to industrial standards. This program prepares graduates to become Computer-Aided Designers (CAD), Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) specialists, Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) programmers, General Machinist/CNC, quality control persons or CMM operators in the mold making, tool and die, jig and fixture, and machine tool construction industries.
- This program is perfect for students who are critical thinkers and able to solve problems. Students need mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently, or as a member of a small team. Although CAM is the main focus of this program, a robust series of CAD courses are included to maximize the success of the student which offers them a competitive edge for employment.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students required an Ontario Secondary Diploma (OSSD) or an OSSD Equivalency.
- If students do not have an OSSD but are 19 years of age or older, they may be eligible to apply as a mature applicant.
- English Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent.
- Mathematics Grade 11 M or U or 12 C, or U, or equivalent.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and PTE to get admission in this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Students are required to submit their 12-grade transcripts to get admission.
- Proficiency tests must have been taken within the previous two years from the date of submitting an application.
