Location, program, and prices where all that I needed. I wanted to get away from my family and be on my own to discover myself. Plus there are lots of employment options nearby with constant transit.
Course Curriculum :
Should include more useful things to prepare for real life. A lot of what is taught is heavily opinionated and doesn't have any real bearing on success in the real world.
Fees :
The fee structure was about 50% loans and 50% grants. I was able to cover all my needs with the help of OSAP.
Examination Structure :
Exam structure can be hit or miss depending on what courses you have. For me I was fortunate and everything was spaced out allowing me to prepare without major issues. Others are not so fortunate as they can have multiple exams in one day.
Faculty :
The faculty is acceptable. I could definitely use an update to make the campus feel more modern. Staff is usually really helpful and they have all the essential services you'd think of.
