I contacted CareerBrick in Delhi, and they helped me with the admission process. Gave IELTS after studying for 3-4 days from an online platform called Magoosh. The admission process was relatively easy. Got the confirmation from the university in a couple of months, and that's it. Also, I gave my GMAT too, although it isn't a prerequisite for admission at the university.
Course Curriculum
The faculty was mostly good. There were a few professors which aren't recommended, however, overall, the experience was pretty good. I wanted to learn more about marketing, and the course structure helped with that tremendously. Julio Viskovich, Natalie Peace, Shiban, and Adina Gray were my favourite professors. The faculty-student ratio is about 1:30, which isn't too bad, especially because the classroom size is big.
Placement
The university doesn't provide any placements, and it isn't something specific to TRU, it is just how universities in Canada operate. TRU did however organize some career fairs which seemed useless to me. I think the average package that students get is would be around 40K-50K. If you work hard and develop skills during the 2 years, you can easily earn 60K-70K upon graduation.
Fees
My mom and dad paid the fees for both years. The first-year fee was submitted directly through the bank before my arrival in Canada. The second-year fees I paid through my credit card to build some credit history. My mom and dad paid me the money back instantly, so that helped.

Campus Life
The sports facility and the overall infrastructure of the university is absolutely mind-blowing. I really think it is a fine university in terms of the things TRU has to offer. The university itself is very happening with various events and activities going on throughout the year. I can't say the same for the city though. Kamloops is pretty small, but if you can find happiness in the little things, then you'll love it.
Hostel
I opted for off-campus accommodation because it was a bit cheaper and gave me more freedom. Kamloops is now notoriously famous for being a difficult place to find a place to stay. You might want to book your stay before you arrive in Kamloops rather than being there and finding a place to live. A lot of my friends lived in a poorly managed motel, which honestly, isn't very desirable.
Other Applied Colleges
Schulich School Of Business | MSc. Marketing
Relatively very expensive, and a 12 month course-option only
