It is the best co-op college in the whole of Ontario with proven statistics. It was also the only change-maker campus designated with AshokaU designation, which opened a lot of doors for me to be out in the real world. I also applied for Algonquin college. I had a choice between these two colleges. I connected with a lot of students at Georgian and got a really nice review. Its academics and co-career activities really got my attention too.
Faculty
The faculty is really good. They are really helping. They maintain an international experience for us as students. I have been seeking help with the faculty a lot of time who don't even teach me. Working on the project with the faculty and management is really interesting.
Placement
They are really good. Our college helps with each of these things. Our college co-op department is really cooperating. They help students find internships and co-ops. Even if a student doesn't find any, they try to help them get that next semester.
Accommodation
The off-campus housing worked best for me as the on-campus was really expensive. But, many domestic students stay in on-campus housing and they love it because it is more clean and structured. I would love to stay on campus.
Exams
I always wanted to be a business major student. I got 6.5 scores in my IELTS minimum requirement for my program was an average of 75% in grade 12. I should have a minimum IELTS score of 6 bands and an English as compulsory. The batch size of a class is at max 40 students. It comprises of both domestic and international students.
Fees
Fees structure is around 7000-8000 dollar per semester. There are not a lot of scholarships. I applied to many scholarships but haven't got any revert. But at the end of the day, a lot of students apply for these scholarships so they can just give the best one. I was ones given a bursary of $1000 to go on a trip to Japan.
