Nursing Student - Centennial

M
6.0 /10

It's closest to my house which provides a great nursing program. I have always been interested in nursing and I wanted a more hands-on experience therefore I chose the college over the university. It's also a short drive from my house.

Course Curriculum :

It's very tough but I love it because it's hands-on. Not many exams which us very stressful. I like that the classes are small so this way it makes it a more personal experience. My professors know me by name.

Fees :

I don't like how I am charged for things I do not even use for example the computer/technology fee or the dental coverage. That's an extra $200 that could be in my bank account that I don't have.

Scholarship :

I haven't availed any scholarship because they haven't given me any, not even an entrance scholarship. I was very frustrated about that.

Examination Structure :

It's great because I have never had two exams in one day. Most of my exams have at least one day in between. I don't like how our exams are so short meaning that most of my exams only have forty or fewer questions which make it harder to pass.

Faculty :

Most of the are very kind, although some really do treat me as if I'm just another student number. Many professors put in the time to respond to emails diligently and provide extra help.
