Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB) was established in 1992 as an autonomous Institute in Pune. Today, SIIB is a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) and is one of the highly acclaimed business schools in the country. The Business School is one of India's top B-Schools, ranked 41st by Business Today Ranking 2023. SIIB Pune offers full-time 2-year residential flagship MBA International Business Program. Besides, SIIB also provides two elite programs MBA (AB) Agri-Business and MBA (E&E) Energy & Environment to the students. SIIB Pune conducted its placement drive for the 2022-24 batch. Recruiters like Axis Bank, KPMG, Accenture, EY, Infosys etc participated in the placement process. Students received the highest CTC package of INR 24.65 LPA. The average CTC package stood at INR 13.51 LPA for the MBA International Business students, INR 11.81 LPA for the MBA Energy & Environment students, and INR 10.04 LPA for the MBA Agri Business students. The median salary stood at INR 12.65 LPA, INR 10.33 LPA & INR 11.23 LPA for MBA-International Business, MBA-Agri Business & MBA-Energy & Environment 2022-24 batches respectively.
During the summer internship placement drive for the 2022-24 batch, the highest stipend of INR 1.65 Lakhs per month was offered to the students. The average stipend stood at INR 60.17 K per month was offered to the MBA Energy & Environment students, INR 29.64K per month for the MBA Agri Business students & INR 47.57K per month for the International Business students.
