About NIPER
NIPER Kolkata, also popular with the name National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, is a pharmaceutical institute in Kolkata established under the aegis of the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizer. The college was established in 2007 to provide advanced degrees and research opportunities in the pharmaceutical sciences. UGC has designated this university as an "Institute of National Importance."
