Oxford Brookes University vs University of London

University has four campuses. Headington Campus is the largest campus and is set across 3 sites (Gipsy Lane, Headington Hill and Marston Road). Harcourt Hill Campus is 3 miles from Oxford city centre and a 30-minute bus ride from Headington Campus. Swindon Campus is located in the Delta Business Park in West Swindon.  Wheatley campus is seven miles east of Oxford city centre and a short bus ride to Headington Campus.

The university owns a considerable central London estate of 12 hectares of freehold land in Bloomsbury, near Russell Square tube station.

Some of the university's colleges have their main buildings on the estate. The Bloomsbury Campus also contains eight Halls of Residence and Senate House, which houses Senate House Library, the chancellor's official residence and previously housed the School of Slavonic and East European Studies, now part of University College London (UCL) and housed in its own new building

Oxford Brookes Students' Union is the students' union of the university. It is a member-led organisation and all students are automatically members. The union offers a range of services for students; it hosts a number of student societies, a safety bus service, an advice service, and a system of student representatives.There are currently 12 student halls four of which are on Headington campus, two on the Harcourt Hill campus, one on the Wheatley campus and three more halls around Headington. In addition, there are five privately operated halls of residence which are managed in partnership with the university by housing associations: Slade Park Student Apartments, Parade Green, Sinnet Court Student Apartments, Beech House Student Accommodation and Dorset House Student Apartments. BrookesBus is a public bus service operated under contract by the Oxford Bus Company which operates between all Brookes campuses and student halls in Oxford. Headington Campus is home to the award-winning John Henry Brookes Building, which extends over six floors, providing a stimulating space in which you can study and research. There are a wide range of facilities across these floors including a library, teaching rooms and lecture theatres of various sizes. There is also a social area to meet your fellow students for coffee, work and a catch-up. It is open round-the-clock during revision times with a help zone, roving advisors and assisted learning facilities. There is a purpose-built Students' Union and the support and health services are brought together in a convenient one-stop shop - Student Central. University has an excellent sports centre at Headington, offering something for everyone, whether you want to use the fitness suite or heavy weights room, or join one of the many university sports teams. Facilities include badminton courts, squash courts, basketball courts, football, hockey and rugby pitches and a climbing walls. 

• University of London's campus in Paris has the benefit of being both small enough to navigate and big enough to discover new locations and things to do by the end of the trip. It is stunning, diverse, and full of fantastic cafés, bars, markets, parks, and galleries.
• Students have access to standard IT resources such as PC workstations, laptop plug-ins, wifi access scanners, colour printing, and photocopying throughout the school.
• It offers staff and students open free wifi, enabling remote access to high-speed internet in every location of the facility. Additionally, it offers an Eduroam service.
• The Queen Mary University of London campus's Careers & Enterprise division offers a free, specialized careers service to all University of London students. This jobs centre is a component of the Careers Group, the largest university careers centre in Europe, which offers goods and services aimed at assisting people in finding and sustaining job satisfaction during their careers.
• The University's Student and Academic Services division oversees all administrative matters, including providing helpful guidance on health care, funding, visa applications, and welfare support.

Over 250,000 alumni from 190 nations, including nearly 48% of international students, have attended the University. It also has 29 Nobel Prize winners. Some of the alumni are Alexander Graham- who invented the telephone. William Stanley- a pioneer of modern Economics. Wole Soyinka - a Nobel Prize for Literature, Dr. Rolph Payet - A joint winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, and Dr. Dipu Moni - Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh.
