I prepared on my own. I referred to the documents required in which the major requirement was letter of motivation. I researched a bit on how to write the letter and then implemented my reason for choosing the course and university.

Placement
University doesn't offer placement options. Student has to search by themselves. There are many websites like Xing, LinkedIn, stepstone to look for jobs
Fees
Online fee transfer available in 3 or 6 installments It was self financed for me. There weren't much academic costs other than the tuition fee. German government supports students with many scholarship and cheaper living style so the other expenses are minimal.
Scholarship
There is a scholarship offered by Schneider electric to female students. It is based on a letter of motivation addressed to Schneider electric while applying for the scholarship along with other academic and professional details

A lot of event take place for free of cost and some paid events. All information is shared in your student email id registered with the university
Hostel
I found a part time job in Siemens energy that eased the financial situation for me. There are many studentdorms available that are cheaper than normal accomodation cost.
