The CS course is offered by the ICSI or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has three levels CS Foundation/CSEET, CS Executive and CS professional. CS Professional is the third level exam for students after foundation and executive exams. But for the students who are taking up this course after graduation this is the second level course. It is divided into Module 1, Module 2 and Module 3.
