- Aerospace engineering is the process of study of learning, designing and producing flying machineries like aircrafts or spacecraft. Aerospace engineers work primarily in the aerospace industry, at systems and software suppliers, corporate labs, government labs, and universities.
- Aerospace engineers deals with a broad range of systems and multi-disciplinary challenges, allowing them to contribute to technological advancements. GPS tracking and weather forecasting are both made possible by the presence of satellites in space.
- The programme starts off with a series of introductory courses in the field of Aerospace Engineering, as well as general engineering topics such as calculus and mechanics. Students will get the chance to learn the following skills:-
- Good at acquiring new maths and physics skills at a rapid pace.
- Solving multidisciplinary design problems with a group of fellow students.
- Able to study in a very internationally-oriented environment with English as the main language.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic eligibility:-
- A secondary school diploma considered equivalent to the Dutch pre-university diploma (VWO).
- For aerospace engineering, you must have passed the final examinations in the subjects of Mathematics and Physics.
- Non-EU/EFTA candidates are required to have qualified standardised English language proficiency tests with a minimum score criteria.
Indian student eligibility:-
- Secondary school level diploma-candidate must have passed senior secondary school level examination with a minimum score of 75% in each subject from either Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE).
- Candidate must have appeared for examination of mathematics and physics at secondary school level examination.
- English language proficiency certificate.
English language proficiency certificate:-
- TOEFL iBT-minimum score of 90 is the requirement. The test is online-based and must be considered from a single test only. There are no criteria of best score out of more than one attempt.
- IELTS(academic)- overall band score of 6.5 out of a maximum scale of 9 is required.

VISA & Work Study
VISA
The MVV Visa allows a person to stay in the Netherlands for a period of 90 days. A Residence Permit is for a stay of fixed period in the Netherlands for study purposes. The cost of applying for MVV Visa and/or residence permit is 227.3 $. After receiving confirmation of enrolment from the university, follow the steps below to apply for a visa or residence permit:-
- Submit the confirmation statement at MyTUDelft. Submit it before the deadline as given in Admission Letter.
- Follow the instructions given in your financial letter. It includes the amount to be paid to TU Delft to complete the admission process, only after which process for visa or residence permit can begin.
- Following documents are required for your visa and/or residence permit:
- Declaration of study residence permit
- Antecedents certificate
- Declaration of intent to undergo a TB test. For a non-EU/EFTA student, there is a three months deadline for TB test from the onset of your study programme.
- You can check the status of your MVV Visa or residence permit at MyTUDelft.Generally, it takes 4 weeks for the process to complete.
