COP Issued for AIBE 12 and 13 Qualifying Candidates

Bar Council of India has issued Certificate of Practice(COP) for qualified candidates who have successfully qualified for 12 and 13 exams of AIBE.

The students who have applied need to contact the state bar council they are enrolled with and collect their COP. 

The AIBE has not issued any information regarding the COP of AIBE 14 qualification as of now. But it will release a notification regarding the same soon. 

The official notification released by AIBE is quoted as 

“This is to inform all the candidates who have cleared AIBE-XII and AIBE-XIII, kindly contact your respective State Bar Council for your CERTIFICATE OF PRACTICE (COP) as they have been dispatched by the A.I.B.E Department already.”

AIBE 15 Exam application process is open. Students who are qualified for AIBE 15 exam can apply till August 31.

Bar Council of India has made AIBE qualification mandatory for budding lawyers who have graduated 2010 onwards.Only the students who have successfully qualified AIBE exams are issued COP to practice law in the country. 

For students who are not successful in qualifying AIBE exams are considered to be on provisional enrollment if practicing law. But they are barred from practicing law or attending any matters of the court.
