Joint Admission Committee (JAC), Chandigarh has further delayed the beginning of the JAC Chandigarh 2020 registration process of admission. JAC Chandigarh registration 2020 will tentatively begin at 4 pm on September 19 on its official website (chdenggadmissions.nic.in).
The registration got delayed subsequent to non-declaration of the JEE Main 2020 B.Arch paper result by the National Testing Agency (NTA) within September 15, 2020.

Earlier, the JAC Chandigarh registrations were decided to commence from today, September 15, 2020.
However, this date for the beginning of JAC Chandigarh registration 2020 is in anticipation of the declaration of B.Arch result by this date. Admissions will be based on performance in the JEE Main 2020. Through its engineering and technical counselling process, JAC offers admission to B.E., B.Arch, and Integrated B.E. (Chemical)- MBA courses.
Therefore, if the result will not be released until the new date, a further delay can be expected. As the JEE Main 2020 results are out, registration will begin today from September 19, 2020.

The official notification states, “because of non-declaration of B.Arch. paper result by NTA, the registration process cannot begin on 17 September 2020. The registration will start tentatively on 19 September 2020 in anticipation of the declaration of B.Arch. paper result by NTA by this date.”
Earlier the authorities released the JAC Chandigarh 2020 schedule, mentioning the last date to submit the JAC Chandigarh application form 2020 is October 1. Applicants advised to check the eligibility criteria of the JAC Chandigarh admission process beforehand to avoid any confusion.
