For Designing, Avantika University is better than UID. In fact, MIT School of Design is the best private institution for design courses. The faculties of the institute are highly skilled. They have years of experience in the design industry domain. The teaching methodology is effective. Students are provided with practical and real-time exposure from their first semester. Which goes a long way to enhance their skills.

Avantika University has a beautiful campus, well-equipped with all necessary facilities. Students are given access to 24*7 wifi or LAN.

MIT Pune

For Designing, Avantika University (MIT Pune) is better. In fact, it is one of the best private institutes for Designing in the country. If you are getting admission to MIT Pune, you should go for it. Here are the reasons why.

MIT Pune has a great faculty pool.
The administration is cooperative. You can easily get the required help regarding any problems that you face.
MIT Pune Design courses have a decent placement scenario. The highest CTC offered to the students is around INR 8 LPA.

MIT Pune is located in a city. There are shops near the campus, from where you can get your required equipment for course work.

Studied at Pune University (2019)

MIT Pune is a way better college than UID and choosing MIT Pune over UID will be a very good decision. Some of my friends studied in both these institutes, and here’s what I got to know about the colleges from them:

The faculty of MIT Pune is very talented and experienced in their field and they are much better qualified than the teachers at UID.
UID is located on the outskirts of the city and it is far away from the main city area. You will have to travel to the city to get all your stationery equipment and designing things as there are no shops available near the college.
MIT Pune is located inside the main city and here you will get all your stationery equipment and other city facilities.
The administration of UID is reluctant and careless but MIT Pune is way better and cooperative.
The food quality is also very poor at UID and students even fall ill after consuming the mess food.
But in MIT Pune the food is fresh and hygienic and they serve a balanced diet that includes fruits and milk too.
You cannot leave the college after taking admission without paying the complete fees for four years or else they do have the right to keep your original documents with them and they have clearly mentioned this statement in clause 5 of the admission letter. So think twice before taking admission in this college.

Hence, MIT Pune is a very good college and you should definitely take admission in this college as the food quality and college environment of UID is very poor and also you have to pay the complete fees if you want to leave the college.
