IET Lucknow is a good option if it's the last option for you. Chemical engineering is not up to the mark. Having friends from IET Lucknow and online reviews here are some tips for you –

Labs are in poor condition.
The faculty is also just average.
Hostel life is great.
The connection speed is fast and HBTI is lackluster in terms of internet connectivity.
