Can students from other states take the UPSEE and get into IET Lucknow?

Students from different states do enroll at IET Lucknow because getting admission particularly depends upon the rank in the UPSEE exam. Depending upon whether or not you have secured a good rank, IET Lucknow accepts admission. 

However, only 15% of seats are for students outside of Uttar Pradesh, which typically means, 85% of the seats are reserved for Uttar Pradesh students solely. 

You will require a rank below 1000 if you are from the state of Uttar Pradesh, and a rank under 500 if you are from some other state to get into IET, Lucknow.
