Does NITIE accept the GMAT score for admission?

National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai offers students management and engineering courses for PG level admission. Apart from that, students can avail the provision of fellowships and respective programs that are essentially based on the research level. The management level programs are PGDIM and PGDISEM, while the other engineering level programs are PGDIE, PGDMM, and PGDPM.

Admissions are based on the entrance. The applications and entrances are available online. But, the applications for admission at NITIE, Mumbai can also be submitted offline via speed post or email procedures. Here are some things about admission that you should know. 

• PGDIM and PGDISEM admissions are accepted on the basis of the scores secured in Bachelor’s degree. 
• For domestic students, admission is based on CAT, while it is GMAT and TOEFL or IELTS for students arriving internationally for management equivalent courses.
• The admissions of PGDIE, PGDMM, and PGDPM are considered on the basis of scores acquired in B.E. or B.Tech.
• GATE is the general determinant for domestic students, while it is GRE and TOEFL or IELTS for international students, for engineering equivalent courses.
• The admission to FPIP is based on the score in the master’s degree. The final selection depends on the NITIE admission test, writing skills test, presentation, and PI. 

With a GMAT score, it will be better to take admission to PGPEX-VLFM. The work experience also plays a pivotal role in the admission process.
