Tolani Maritime Institute is better than Amet University. It offers better training, academics, and placement. The course curriculum followed at TMI is innovative, it will help you think outside the box. The curriculum lays good emphasis on soft skills like communication, design software, and other various subjects. The faculty base is excellant. Most of the faculty members have years of experience in their respective fields. 

The institute has tie-ups with reputed companies for placements. Tolani Maritime Institute placement highlights show that students get recruited by NYK Shipping Line, Stena, Maersk, etc.

Infrastructure and Facilities:

  • TMI is built in a rural area but it has a power plant, a modern vapor absorption chiller, a water treatment plant, and an effluent treatment plant. There are three hostels on-campus as well.

  • TMI also has a shopping complex, banking, laundry, and medical facilities available.

  • AMET University has over 10 labs including the coastal modeling lab and the seamanship lab. A ship is present on-campus for training.
