Should I choose NIT Hamirpur CSE or NIT Patna CSE?

NIT Patna is ranked at 92nd within the Engineering category by NIRF while NIT Hamirpur is ranked 60th. The JEE Mains closing rank for NIT Hamirpur is generally lower than Patna, hence it is tougher to get into Hamirpur.
