What is your review of Bannari Amman Institute of Technology?

Bannari Amman Institute of Technology is considered to be one of the best engineering colleges in India. One of my friends graduated from here in 2013 and based on his experience, the college deserves a rating of 4/5. The table below gives an overview of the institute.

Campus:

The campus is located at Erode which is a district in Sathyamangalam. The place has a lot of natural resources like forests, flowing rivers, dams. The campus itself is beautifully designed with plenty of trees and plants.

Academics:

• The college ranks at number one among the top colleges in India. It has been accredited an "A" grade from the National educational board of India. 
• The labs and classrooms are very well equipped with instruments. 
• The University also offers classes for the Cambridge University's Business English Certification and the exams for the same are conducted inside the campus itself. 
• BIT also provides students with classes in Japanese, German, Hindi to name a few.

Hostel: 

• Since the campus is not located near an Urban locality, 95% of the student population are hostellers. 
• The hostel rooms are extremely spacious and perfectly designed. 
• The power is supplied from a sugarcane factory which is nearby. 
• The mess can cater to all the students and a paid canteen is also available for the students inside the campus.

BIT is a premium University and there is no doubt about it. The career services at the institute student-oriented and prepare the students for their careers.
