Why doesn't TCS recruit Sunrise University students?

It’s not true that TCS doesn’t hire students from Sunrise University. They may not come to the campus for placements if they already have their placement quota filled through other universities and colleges. Every company selects the campuses to visit based on their requirements and the students at Sunrise University may not present the needs of the organization.

But that does not mean if a student from Sunrise University approaches TCS for a job application, they will reject him/her solely because of his/her university. TCS hires candidates based on their talents and skills and if they fit the requirements of the organization. If a candidate is able to fulfill those requirements, he/she will be hired irrespective of the college or university.

In fact, TCS hires from many private colleges and universities such as Amity University. So there is absolutely no discrimination based on the college or university. Most companies will not care about your college or university. They care about how you can solve their problem and improve their revenues. If you can help them achieve that through your talents and skills, you would be welcomed in any organization, be it TCS or any other.
