What is photo counseling in CUSAT admissions?

I have a few friends at CUSAT. Here’s what they had to say about the photo counseling for admission at CUSAT. It is just a simple process only for verification purposes.

This is because during the CAT registration time the photo you attach with your form is required for verification during the Counseling to make sure that there is no fraud in it. Through this process, the institute makes sure you are the same person as the one in the photo. This is called photo counseling in CUSAT. It's just a standard procedure.
