FormSwift Scholarship Program- Eligibility, Selection Criteria, the Application Process

FormSwift Scholarship Program

The FormSwift Scholarship Program is designed by the FormSwift organization to support students who dream to become an entrepreneur. The scholarship program is applicable for high school seniors, undergraduates, and graduates students looking to build their own businesses later. The scholarship is a great way to jump-start their dreams.

Unlike other scholarships, that require students to submit academic transcripts, LOR, essay, etc  FormSwift Scholarship Program asks them to design a business plan infographic. Every year, the trust selects one winner who is rewarded 1,000 USD. Selection of the recipient is based on the infographic submitted on any of the following topics:

  1. Start-up
  2. Restaurant 
  3. Non-profit 
  4. Transportation 
  5. Clothing 

The more unique and creative the business plan is, the better the chances are of the entry being selected. FormSwift holds the scholarship competition four times in one year and there are deadlines for submission for each round. They are :

Applicants interested in the scholarship can apply for Spring Round Entries must be sent before April 15, 2022, to be considered for the scholarship. FormSwift wishes to help students develop the essential skills to help them in their job search later on or help build their own business.

Eligibility Criteria

To secure the benefits of  the FormSwift Scholarship Program, applicants have to meet the eligibility criteria mentioned below : 

  • Applicants must be a High School senior or enrolled in a college. 
    • Applications from both community and private colleges are accepted.
  • International students from outside the United States can apply to the scholarship too. 
    • The students must be in a college or must be about to graduate from high school.
  • No applicant should be related to any staff or extended connections of Formswift.

Application Process

As part of the application process of the FormSwift Scholarship Program, applicants are required to submit an infographic for a business plan. The business plan must be based on one of the following areas:

  • Startup
  • Restaurant
  • Transportation
  • Non-Profit or
  • Clothing 

Once a topic is chosen for the infographic and prepared, the next step is submitting it. FormSwift requires all candidates to submit their infographics through e-mail. An e-mail will be considered as an entry to the scholarship. 

The email subject must be ‘FormSwift Scholarship Entry’ to make sure no email is missed. Details like full name of the candidate, state and school name must also be included in the email Emails must be sent to Jamie@formswift.com .

No entries will be considered that are submitted after the deadline.

It must be noted that all submissions, once sent, become the property of FormSwift.


Selection Process

The selection process for the FormSwift Scholarship Program is competitive as it is awarded to only one student. 

The infographic submitted by students should be creative and informative, keeping in mind their future business plans. This will help the selection panel to understand an applicant’s vision and future goals.

 Each entry’s academics are judged on the basis of the graduation date

Recipient of the FormSwift Scholarship Program will be announced after the selection panel will review all the entries.

Note: The organization has the right to verify the academic credentials of the applicants. FormSwift will verify the date of the candidate’s high school graduation or the college enrollment date.


Grant Details

FormSwift is an online tool that helps people create, edit, sign and work on documents, forms, etc. It offers memberships where people can choose from FormSwift’s wide library of document templates and form templates to work on. People can also upload and work on their own documents as well. 

FormSwift has designed  FormSwift Scholarship Program for self-driven and upcoming entrepreneurs who are ready to build a better world through their business ideas. Recipient of the FormSwift Scholarship Program will get an amount of 1,000 USD.

FormSwift has a set list of topics on which a business plan and an infographic must be developed. A business plan infographic could be about startup, restaurant, no-profit, transportation or about a clothing business. The scholarship is open to both domestic as well as international students.

Entries can be done by emailing the infographic to FormSwift along with details of the candidate like full name, state, and school name of the student. The scholarship is awarded to one student and is held in four rounds each year.
