International Undergraduate Science and Engineering Scholarship

The International Undergraduate Science and Engineering Scholarship are provided to the undergraduate students of the University of Leeds in the UK. Applicants offered a place in the undergraduate degrees in the School of Earth and Environment are only eligible for the scholarship.

Leeds International Undergraduate Science and Engineering Scholarship requires applicants to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

  • International students paying fees at the overseas rate.
  • Enrolling for UG studies in the School of Earth and Environment.
  • Self-funding student, new to the University of Leeds.

International Undergraduate Science and Engineering Scholarship: Terms and Conditions

An applicant must understand and accept the terms and conditions of the International Undergraduate Science and Engineering Scholarship carefully, before applying for the scholarship

  • Applicants must be self-funding, a new student taking place at the University of Leeds, and entering into Level 1.
  • The applicant must be classified as an international student for tuition fee purposes.
  • The applicant should not be holding any other University of Leeds award.
  • The student must maintain his yearly attainment percentage of 60% or above and have passing grades in all the modules in the first attempt.
  • The applicant must complete the International Foundation Year (IFY) at the university.

Note that the applicant won’t receive the scholarship for the study abroad year or the industrial placement year.
