The Glasgow College of Science and Engineering awards 10 Dean’s Awards every year to assist world-changers and academically gifted students from seven developing nations achieve their ambitions.

  • The award is applicable for all the UG and PG programs of Glasgow College of Science and Engineering.
  • International students from India, Egypt, Malaysia, Lebanon, Mexico, Lebanon, and Thailand, may apply.
  • It is a tuition fee waiver award worth a maximum of 10,000 GBP per student.
  • Students who have an offer of admission are automatically considered for the award.
  • A maximum of 10 Glasgow College of Science and Engineering Dean’s Awards are given.

This Glasgow College of Science and Engineering Dean’s Awards only serves as a partial tuition fee waiver for the recipients. It does not cover the additional costs like remaining tuition fee amount, living costs, accommodation in the UK.

Applicants holding offers will be automatically assessed for the scholarship based on academic merit. Shortlisted candidates will be notified by 30 April 2023. There is no separate application form required.

Eligibility Criteria

Glasgow College of Science and Engineering Dean’s Award is designed for UG and PG students of the institution. The eligibility criteria for the same is given below:

  • Citizenship: India, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Lebanon, Egypt, and Mexico.
  • Excellent and consistent academic records
  • Co-curricular achievements
  • Securing admission at the University of Glasgow, College of Science and Engineering.

Eligible University of Glasgow UG and PG Programs

These programs include

  • MS in Electronics and Electrical Engineering
  • MSc in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor’s in Electronics & Electrical Engineering
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science BSc (Hons).

Application Process

The is no separate application form required for the Glasgow College of Science and Engineering Dean’s Award. Eligible applicants are auto-considered for the award, based on their admission applications.
