To apply for UAlberta Andrew Stewart Memorial Graduate Prize, students must first meet admission requirements at UAlberta. In addition to that, they must satisfy the eligibility criteria mentioned below:
Only those applicants who fulfill the requirements listed above will be considered for UAlberta Andrew Stewart Memorial Graduate Prize.
Students must submit the UAlberta Andrew Stewart Memorial Graduate Prize declaration form along with required documents to their respective departments.
Departments will then forward nominees to Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research.
Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research (FGSR) expects students to actively engage in thesis research at the time of the award offer.
The major selection criterion of UAlberta Andrew Stewart Memorial Graduate Prize is research accomplishment while registered in a doctoral program at the University of Alberta. They will also be judged on academic merit.
Note: UAlberta Andrew Steward Prize can be held concurrently with any other award if the terms of that award do not disallow it.
