With my batch (batch of 2020) the placement opportunities were strongly impacted by the pandemic which means that the placement opportunities were almost nil. I am not aware of a single person in my batch who secured a job in the UK while requiring visa sponsorship.

Events
The campus infrastructure is pretty good. We have amazing libraries that allow you to stay overnight. The Cranfield Student Association is a popular choice amongst student be it for a place to just hang out after class, have lunch or to have student parties and get togethers. Unfortunately, the accommodations on campus are nowhere close to being enough in comparison to the growing intake that the university welcomes every year. The accommodations fill up very quickly and most students have very limited options - Cranfield Village, Bedford, Milton Keynes. The issue with off campus locations are that most of them are poorly connected to the university by public transport (average bus frequency is one per hour) or offer very limited choices in terms of recreation or even local groceries.
Fees
GBP 25000
Scholarship
Yes. I received the Director's bursary of GBP 2500. I was required to submit a one page essay on why I deserve the scholarship.
Faculty
Most of the faculty members were quite knowledgeable. I would say all of them were approachable as well. Dr. Vineet Agarwal, Prof. Yacine Belghitar and Dr. Nemanja Radic were my personal favourites because of their mastery over the subject and ability to communicate this knowledge effectively to an audience who, in most cases, does not have the professional experience of applying these concepts.
Hostel
I lived in a shared accommodation in Milton Keynes and shared the house with three students and 2 working professionals each person with a room to himself/herself. The Living room and kitchen were shared between us. Thankfully most of my housemates were very understanding and peaceful. My landlady was absolutely amazing and a very considerate lady. My monthly rent was GBP 575 for an ensuite room. The condition of the room was very good, the bedding, towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen pots and pans were all provided by the landlady.
