Because of its reputation in the local area, it's renowned as a business school and since this is what I wanted to do it was perfect. Also, it wasn't too far away from home to deter from attending as many other universities did as they were too far away.

Course Curriculum

9

It's very well put together and the course leaders have successfully integrated the modules to provide me with a learning experience that I will not only learn from but enjoy. Also, the way the curriculum allows for active learning.

Placement

7

The job opportunities and placements that are provided at university are excellent. The university itself has excellent ties with not only local business but global ones so this allows students to have wide access to opportunities.

Internship

Yes, within my third year at university, I will be going on placement with a firm of my choice and the uni is very supportive in providing placement and internship schemes for students. Especially for business students, this is important as it allows us to take our learning out into the world.

Fees

9,250 a year, which is quite expensive but has been covered by student loans and I feel as it's a good investment for my future.

Examination Structure

The exam structure is varied between subjects and modules since I am doing business the exam structure is a mix between written work and active learning such as presentations. I feel like this allows us to get a good experience overall.

Faculty

8

The faculty at my university is of a high level of knowledge and have been trained well. This, therefore, allows them to transfer their knowledge to me successfully.

Hostel

8

I live in off-campus halls and my residence has been both good and bad. It has allowed me to gain independence in the world but also a number of things hinder my uni experience such as the halls being far away from the campus.
