I chose Brunel due to their course modules, their campus facilities, the Alma Mater of the college, the way professors teach the modules, their UCAS rating, over all college experience and the clubs and societies for students and just the over all college experience for students
Course Curriculum
I am quite impressed with my course's modules and the way its taught. The lecturers have a very good online and offline blended learning facility. We have lectures 4 days a week with seminars to attend that can be online or offline. In these seminars, we discuss questions and solve problems that we learned in the lecture.
Exams
Brunel checks the students class X and class XII board exam marks (CBSE curriculum). The requirement for preferred marks (Cut Off) differs from course to course. If one does not score well in their English Core or English Lit in their class 12 boards they would be required to write an IELTS test.
Placement
There is a placement option for students if they want to do that. There are researchers in our university who actively look for students to assist them so they can gain work experience.
Internship
I have applied for internships in many financial companies but I do not wish to disclose the names of those companies for reasons. But I can talk about the process - I actually found out about all these internships due to Linked In and I had just submitted my resume/CV and filled up some details about general info and some job specific questions. Then the companies would mail saying whether or not they think you're qualifiable for this job. Then a video call interview takes place or a phone call one and if you pass that round you will get the internship or apprenticeship. Some are paid others are not. It is better to apply for paid ones as I feel earning money can be a motivating factor to work harder and achieve more.

Faculty
My professors and lecturers are very helpful and easy to approach. Whether it is an academic-related doubt or just a general enquiry they are always helpful. They are very well versed with the know-hows of the university.
Campus Life
The campus life is amazing- we have a very huge campus, with various accommodation buildings, cafes, restaurants, 2-night clubs, a very big library, tennis courts, gyms, a grocery store, and a track field. There is always something or the other to do on campus.
Hostel
Students have the option of living on-campus or off-campus. There are different types of accommodation options for students - there are single rooms with shared bathrooms and kitchens, ensuite rooms with shared kitchens only. There is a studio flat option as well for cohabiting couples. There are laundry facilities for each building. Flat prices range from GBP 150/week to GBP 200/week. A deposit of GBP 300 needs to be paid for single and en suite flats and a deposit of GBP 400 needs to be paid for studio flats.
