Krupa Janardhana Reddy Review at University Of Greenwich, London | Collegedunia

Life at the University of Greenwich!

The University of Greenwich was one of my top options to pursue my Master's. The reasons being: 1). The modules included in the course, the reason being I was completely new to the business field and had no prior knowledge. 2). Location and Ease of living. 3). The time provided to pursue an Internship experience post 1st year of study.

Course Curriculum :

I was very happy with the course curriculum and academics offered by the University. Every subject had a different approach which gave me a better insight into the working of the business industry. The lectures and tutorials are always a two-way conversation which allowed me to clarify my doubts and get a better understanding of the subject.

Exams :

I had IELT's waiver as my English score in my Pre-University was above 70%. The other requirements were 10th, 12th and Undergraduate completion certificates along with the scores.

Placement :

The University has a separate Employability Office which offers help in placements post your study. They have different workshops which help you preparre better for life after studies, CV workshops, and much more. The placement process usually includes an application to be filled along with your CV and cover letter (optional). A few companies require other tests to be taken before the interview round.

Internship :

Fees :

18,000 GBP

Scholarship :

Faculty :

The faculty to student ratio during tutorials is 1:20 and is usually more during lectures. The faculty at the University are very approachable and always push you to achieve nothing but success. All the faculty members had an impact on my learning, however, Mr. Charles Nwaogwugwu had an incredible impact on me and my learning.

Campus Life :

The campus life and infrastructure are way better than I expected them to be. There are various events happening on campus. The student's union provides great help to new and International students ensuring that your life at the campus is joyful and safe.

Hostel :

I currently stay at one of the University Accommodations, approximately 10 minutes away from the University. I live in an En-suite room with a separate room and bathroom but shared kitchen with three other flatmates. I pay 6,500 BGP for the above-mentioned room. They have various other options depending on your requirements.
