LOR from University Head of Department, SOP after a lot of research taking me around 4 weeks and 6 drafts. Attached my CV. Even though GMAT wasn't required, took it anyway to boost my profile. IELTS is mandatory.

Many clubs and societies available. All of them are accessible online.
