- The BSc(Hons) Health Studiescourse is designed to provide student with a unique and coherent experience, offering them a thorough exploration of this exciting and growing subject area
- The Health Studies course enables student to examine states of positive wellbeing as well as those that go beyond definitions and focus on disease and deprivation; to examine all factors which have the potential to influence health and wellbeing
- Skills a student will learn:
- Vocal Ð breathing, voice control and delivery
- Physical skills such as stage combat and physical theatre
- TV and radio acting specific skills
- Ability to work as a creative collaborator
- This course is available in both ways:
- Part time (6 years)
- Full time (3 years)
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- 96 UCAS points
- A Levels - grades CCC / BCD
- BTEC L3 Extended Diploma or OCR Cambridge L3 Technical Extended Diploma - grades MMM
- Access to HE Diploma: 45 L3 credits at Merit
- Successful completion of the International Foundation Year in Education, Health and Wellbeing
- Students must usually have studied for a minimum of two years post GCSE level
