The Social Work Studies course at London South East Colleges is unique because it provides two options for study.
First, it is a progression route if applicants have successfully completed the Foundation Degree in Social Care Studies at London South East College. Second, it provides an alternative final year of study if they wish to progress on the basis of relevant prior learning and experience on another program or at another institution.
It will help them consolidate and develop their skills, knowledge, and values as they study for the professional social work qualification.
On successful completion of the program, they will be eligible to apply for registration with the professional regulator Social Work England (previously HCPC).
