- This Master's of Research (MRes) will provide you with the required skills and methodologies to undertake a doctoral degree. The breadth and depth of the course will also enable you to pursue a wide range of careers in European politics.
- This MRes is recognised by the Economic & Social Research Council (ESRC), specifically, as part of the larger South West Doctoral Training Partnership (SWDTP). It can be taken as a course in its own right, or if you hold an SWDTP studentship you can take the 1+3 (MRes + PhD) pathway.
- As well as being recognised as a higher academic qualification, a number of our degrees are also accredited by professional bodies in the United Kingdom. An accredited degree may entitle you to work in a specific profession within the UK, and abroad (where there are reciprocating arrangements with professional bodies in other countries).

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students hold should have a first or strong second-class Bachelor’s honors degree or international equivalent.
- To apply for this course students may have an undergraduate degree in any subject but must demonstrate evidence of relevant quantitative skills (especially algebra and calculus).
- International applicants may need to pass an English language test and submit their scores.
Indian Students:
Students should have a Bachelor's degree with a final overall result of at least First Class.
