- Studying Business Information Technology at Queen’s gives students a sound knowledge of information technology fundamentals and their application in business. Additionally, this course provides a firm foundation in business management.

- Belfast is uniquely placed to offer opportunities for Business Information Technology graduates. There are more software companies located in Northern Ireland than in any other part of the UK, outside of London. Additionally, Queen’s University has links with businesses across the globe, including over 500 local, national and international IT companies. Employer experience is embedded into this course and allows students to engage and learn from prospective employers from day one.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- ABB plus GCSE Mathematics grade C/4
- A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree provided any subject requirement
Indian students eligibility:
Applicants must have the following qualifications to be eligible for direct admission:
- Three A levels
- Between 30 and 36 points in the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB).
- The Standard Indian XII (10+2) examinations from CBSE, CISCE or State Boards of Higher Secondary Education are acceptable for admission to their Bachelor's degree programs.
An average mark of 70 - 85% or higher (best of 5 academic subjects) in the Standard Indian XII Higher Secondary School certificates awarded by the central boards (CBSE, CISCE) or a state board, or equivalent, with 75% or higher where subject requirements are stipulated (comparable with Grade B at A-Level).
Applicants will normally need to demonstrate a level of English equivalent to 6.5 IELTS or 90 TOEFL IBT (Internet-based test). However, some degree programs have higher or lower requirements.
