There is no strict closing dates for the program, students are advised to apply as early as possible for the consideration
- The LLM in Human Rights Law provides students with an opportunity to gain an in-depth appreciation of global human rights standards and the interrelationship between international standards and national practice.
- In particular, they consider ways in which human rights could be protected more effectively so that human beings everywhere can realize their full human dignity.
- The focus is on international and comparative human rights law (including at regional levels in Europe, Africa, and the Americas).
- Students are taught by world-leading experts and the School's joint expertise is harnessed so as to provide a vibrant and relevant course that will stimulate the hearts as well as the minds of students who are taking it.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
Applicant must have:
- a 2.1 Honours degree or above or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University in Law, Social Sciences, Humanities or a cognate discipline.
Indian students Eligibility:
- Applicant must have either a UK upper second-class (2:1) or a lower second-class (2:2) undergraduate degree.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
