- The Business for Agri-food and Rural Enterprise programs have been designed to develop a conceptual understanding of the principles and processes of change affecting individuals, groups, or organizations within the agri-food and rural business sectors, through an active and innovative approach to learning and teaching.
- Students will complete their courses at the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE), Loughry Campus, Cookstown, Co. Tyrone.
- The MSc presents full-time students with two opportunities. In Semester 1, to experience teaching practice, and in Semester 2, developing business materials in a managerial or supervisory role.
- A self-funded study tour outside NI to observe best practices within business and community programs is may also be an option (subject to viable numbers and resources).
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
Applicant must have:
- A 2.2 Honours degree or above or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
Indian students Eligibility:
- Applicant must have either a UK upper second-class (2:1) or a lower second-class (2:2) undergraduate degree.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
