Throughout the course, you have the opportunity to assess your suitability for a career in industry or further research training. The research project provides a real intellectual challenge and allows you to demonstrate your creativity and initiative.

You will develop and carry out a significant piece of research covering a wide range of specialities, ranging from the development of new treatments to diagnostic procedures which enhance detection, prevention and cures for diseases found in modern society.
