- Suitable for graduates in economics or a highly quantitative discipline, this intensive one-year programme offers advanced training in economics equipping you with the required skills for a career as an economist.
- The programme offers specialist pathways that allow you to specialise in Economics, Economic Policy or Macroeconomics.
- You will study four compulsory units in the first term and choose from a selection of optional units in the second term.
- In the last term, there is a dissertation component, in which you will apply appropriate skills and perspectives developed over the programme to a project devised in consultation with a supervisor.
- There are three available exit degrees, depending on the combination of units chosen:
- MSc Economics
- MSc Economics (Macroeconomics)
- MSc Economics (Public Policy).

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- A strong upper second-class honors degree in Economics and/or Mathematics based subject (or international equivalent).
- Evidence of strong performance in Economics and/or Mathematics modules will also be required.
- Submission of GMAT/GRE is not required but will strengthen the application.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
