Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Economics at the University of The West of England is a 4 years program.

Students will develop communication and presentation skills and IT and numeracy skills, with a strong focus on data interpretation and analysis.

Students will learn through a mix of tutor-led learning, independent student-led study, and group projects.
Lectures, workshops/seminars and group project work make up 12 hours of contact time each week
This includes research, online work and preparation for assessment.
Students can gain work experience through short-term internships, paid work as a Student Ambassador or Peer Assisted Learning Leader, or through volunteering.
Students are encourage to do a 40-week paid sandwich placement after Year two. It can be in the UK or abroad.
This degree is an ideal launch pad for a career in business analysis, management, marketing, personnel, strategic management and planning in either private or public sector organisations.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

UCAS Tariff points: 48
GCSE: Grade C/4 in English Literature or Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete the following eligibility criteria:

Students should have a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate (Standard XII) from boards such as CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB with 65% including grade C in at least five subjects.
Students with lower grades may be considered for entry onto a foundation degree.
Students should hold a 70% score in the English Language in Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate - Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
