Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the University of The West of England is a 3 years program.
It is an on-campus, honours program offered on a full-time basis.
The program teaches students the theoretical, historical, environmental, technological, and professional factors influencing architecture.
The course is taught by industry-experienced lecturers and visiting tutors, many of whom run their own architectural practices.
This is one of five courses that cover different specialisms in architecture. The program produces sought-after graduates with specialist knowledge and the skill to create exciting buildings.
Students will be eligible to apply for an additional year of study (between years two and three) at one of the partner institutions abroad.
The course is project-led and taught mainly in studios. Students learn through lectures, seminars, laboratory work, tutorials, and computer-based techniques.
Throughout the course, students will develop their creative portfolio through design projects, many with real clients and sites.
After three years, students will have a BSc(Hons) in Architecture and then they should spend a year working in architectural practice to build up their practical experience.

GCSE: Grade C/4 in English Literature or Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete the following eligibility criteria:

Students should have a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate (Standard XII) from boards such as CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB with 65% including grade C in at least five subjects.
Students with lower grades may be considered for entry onto a foundation degree.
Students should hold a 70% score in the English Language in Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate - Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
