- Bachelor of Science in Real Estate at the University of The West of England is a 3 years program.
- It is an on-campus, honours program offered on a full-time basis.

- Students will learn about buying and selling, valuations, resolving landlord and tenant disputes, negotiating compensation, and day-to-day management.

- If students study on the four-year sandwich course, they will have to spend a year away from the University on a work placement after Year two.
- Job opportunities are varied and include roles in property management, valuation, development, taxation, purchase, sales, and disposal.
- The students secure placements in a range of organizations as well as with real estate partner employers. These include Jones Lang LaSalle, Savills, BNP and Paribas.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- UCAS Tariff points: 120
- GCSE: Grade C/4 in English Literature or Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete the following eligibility criteria:
- Students should have a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate (Standard XII) from boards such as CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB with 65% including grade C in at least five subjects.
- Students with lower grades may be considered for entry onto a foundation degree.
- Students should hold a 70% score in the English Language in Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate - Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
