Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility
Students are required to complete one of the following:
- An honours degree of 2:1 or above from a RIBA Part I validated course.
- Or, the first degree in Architecture from an overseas institution that can be demonstrated to be equivalent to a 2:1 or above from a RIBA Part I validated course.
- Or, an honours degree of 2:2 from a RIBA Part I validated course, plus a minimum of 60% in the final year's design studio module (or equivalent), and/or evidence in their portfolio of significant development since they completed their degree.
- Or, successful completion of the ARB Part I examination.
- Or, appropriate academic or professional qualifications equivalent to the above which students should describe in detail in their application.
Indian Students Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Students have to complete a 4-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Students must complete a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate – Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB: English Language with 70%. This qualification must have been completed within the last three years.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

- Higher Secondary School Certificate - The certificate provided by the education board after completion of the Higher secondary education.
- Statement of marks - The marks statement provided by the education board.
- Letter of Recommendation - This shows who recommended the student to pursue the degree.
- Personal Statement - This is an essay or any written statement written by the student while applying in a minimum of 250 words.
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc.
