- University arrange a ten-week placement for full-time students in a local organisation between May and July.
- The course provides an introduction to the theory, practice and context for human resource management and consists of the following six compulsory modules:

- HR Professional Portfolio
- HRM in the Business Environment
- People Practice
- will learn through a combination of tutor-led and student-led activities, including small group work, group presentations and discussion, student-led seminars, case studies and role plays.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students require an honours degree (minimum 2:2) in any subject from a recognized university.
- Students should be able to demonstrate a keen and informed interest in HRM.

If students do not have a first degree, they may still be able to take the course but they will need to complete a written assessment exercise.
Indian Students Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Students have to complete a 4-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Students must complete a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate – Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB: English Language with 70%. This qualification must have been completed within the last three years.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.

- Statement of marks - The marks statement provided by the education board.
- Letter of Recommendation - This shows who recommended the student to pursue the degree.
- Personal Statement - This is an essay or any written statement written by the student while applying in a minimum of 250 words.
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc.
