Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- a good honors degree (high 2:2) in any subject
- a keen and informed interest in HRM and persuasive reasons for believing that a career in Human Resource Management is suited to your particular strengths, interests, and abilities.
Indian Student's Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Students have to complete a 4-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Students must complete a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate – Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB: English Language with 70%. This qualification must have been completed within the last three years.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
Required Document List
The Documents required are:
- Resume/CV - This provides a summary of a student's experience and skills.
- Higher Secondary School Certificate - The certificate provided by the education board after completion of Higher secondary education.
- Statement of marks - The marks statement provided by the education board.
- Letter of Recommendation - This shows who recommended the student to pursue the degree.
- Personal Statement - This is an essay or any written statement written by the student while applying in a minimum of 250 words.
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc.
